Yesterday, Jesse Mccartney along side DWTS dancer Julianne Hough  and Jimmy Kimmel announced the 2008 American Music Awards Nominees in Beverly Hills.

Jesse will be performing at The End's Jingle Ball 2008 on December 3rd. Other artists performing are Katy Perry, Boys Like Girls, Shontelle, and David Archuleta!!! Tickets will be going on sale Saturday morning at 10am. Click here for more event information, and ticket prices.

Don't forget Sunday, October 12th, Jesse will be performing on a program called Frosted Pink with a Twist! Frosted Pink with a Twist is dedicated to raising awareness for cancers that affect moslty women. The goal of the program is to inspire action, celebrate survivorship, and encourage women to become advocates for their health in the fight against cancer. Check your local listings on ABC for the time of this special program

Hey Jesse Fans,

Jesse McCartney read the children’s book “Corduroy” to a few kids during ‘Read for the Record Day’ on NBC’s Today Show in New York City this morning.

I will add pictures later to the gallery!  So keep an eye out for that!

I will also try to find  video of him, incase you didn't get to see him appear on the Today Show this morning.

If so, starting in 09  Jesse will be joining the cast of Greek.

"The singer-actor will join the cast of ABC Family's Greek for its midseason return in spring 2009...McCartney, 21, will play Andy, a high school friend of Calvin's (Paul James) who fuels a rivalry between the Kappa Tau and Omega Chi houses when he proves to be an in-demand pledge.'' -

Here is a recent article about Jesse andhis movie "Keith".

 

The new film "Keith" is one best enjoyed by those who know nothing about the plot. The movie's characters experience twists and turns, flavored with adversity and triumph, that often leave their future in doubt.

It seems only appropriate, then, that Jesse McCartney's long-awaited film debut should finally emerge after nearly a half-decade of similar uncertainty.

"Making an independent film is a slow process," writer/director Todd Kessler said while speaking with MTV News this week, remembering the film's lengthy birthing process. "You have to pull in all your favors. You have to wait for free equipment to be available and this and that, and you just do it one step at a time."
